We are sorry to see you go. If you would like to permanently delete your NegoNow account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To initiate the deletion of your account, please complete the form below. This ensures that we can verify your identity and protect your data from unauthorized deletion.

Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Warning: This action is permanent

When your account is deleted:

  • Your profile information will be permanently removed.
  • All of your practice session data, scores, and history will be deleted.
  • Any active subscriptions must be canceled directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing.
  • This action cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your data immediately upon deletion.
